About Us

Hunter Property Services was founded by Alan Hunter a native Texan and
life long resident of the North Texas area. The company is located in Northeast
Tarrant Count, Texas where it specializes in swimming pool maintenance and
equipment repairs, sprinkler system upgrades and repairs, drainage system
installation and maintenance, and professional landscape lighting solutions for
homeowners in the cities of Southlake, Colleyville, Keller, North Richland Hills,
Grapevine, Watauga, Alliance, Trophy Club, Westlake, Flower Mound, Coppell, and
HEB.

The goal of Hunter Property Services is to build a home services company where
we are truly a home consultant for our customers. We do this by consistently
going above and beyond our customer’s expectations. We really enjoy working
with our customers and our philosophy is to put ourselves in the homeowners’
shoes and treat them like family. Because we adhere to this policy at all times
the majority of our clients are past clients, their family members, close friends, or
associates of theirs.

beyond your expectations. All we ask is for you to

Hunter Property Services is proud to be one of the first service companies in
Texas that offer swimming pool maintenance and repair services to be issued a
Residential Appliance Installation Contractor license (TICL 199).  

As of March 1, 2010 swimming pool service companies and their technicians that
perform repairs requiring electrical connections, such as installing a new pump or
replacing a motor, blower, relay, printed circuit board, etc.,
are required to be
licensed by the State of Texas. Such swimming pool service technicians are
required to have a Residential Appliance Installer license and the service company
they work for
must be a licensed Residential Appliance Installation Contractor.

Swimming Pool Service Technicians should be able to show you a license issued
by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation identifying them as a
Residential Appliance Installer. In addition, swimming pool service company
vehicles
should have the company's contractor license number clearly printed on
both sides of the vehicle.  You can also verify licensing by going to the TDLR
